My take on 77 Maple Street in Old Town from TS1. It is originally furnished in TS1 (as it is the home of the Goth Sr. family, though I have left this uninhabited for you). I have done my best to be true to its appearance in TS1 but not everything is available in TS3 so I took a few artistic liberties. One of the leisure rooms could be used as a bedroom instead, the 'cat' room could also be converted into a third bathroom or another bedroom. v1, April 2021.
