This house comes to $16,497 with no cc,I think This is the best house for its money for up to two sims.1 br,1 bath. The amount you start with, with 1 sim is $16,500 so you will be left with $.03 but its well worth it you can sell one of the many luxurys like a flat screen tv in the living room, the nice windows or lights and replace them for cheaper versions.This lot is big enough to expand if you do want to have kids some day it's made perfectly for that.Thing this house is not is a fixer-uper.
