my updated bachelor pad is perfect for up to two sims with spacious living area kitchen and bedroom with en-suite. building has car parking outside for up to 3 cars. the building also has a ground floor gym for the athletic sims out there as well as adjacent mini bar and hot tub. (no custom content just stuff from the sims 3 games)
