Shadow is a cross between a spaniel, and a lab. As a puppy, he was abandoned with his brothers and sisters outside the local pet store. All of them were underfed, and had bellies full of worms. Getting him healthy again took a lot of time and money, but it was well worth it. Shadow is the most friendly and loving dog you could ever hope to own. Because of his treatment as a puppy though, he's very shy around people and animals that he doesn't know, and he's especially scared of men in dark cloth
