A beautiful row house, like in the Netherlands. This is the the left house on the corner of this row of houses. It's just the same as an apartement in The Sims 3 Late Night: you see the other row houses as a black area where you don't pay for. It's a nice (family)home with a garden. It isn't furnished yet and it's still possible to change walls, so you can make different numbers of rooms. You can also download the row house in the middle and the right row house.
