In an attempt to do something more creative than I was comfortable with I may have stumbled across one of the best towns I've ever made. This city of Kite hawk is located on a Island, supposedly off the North Carolina Coast. There is a sense of excitement and a green consciousness. Subways connect the town to a certain extent and there is a pedestrian neighborhood in the tail that provides a needed boost to the townie population. On the East Wing you'll find downtown with all the excitment is located. Bar, clubs and lounges compliment more traditional downtown fare. On the West Wing you'll find the open ocean road prime for development, and a secondary downtown with library, art gallery and graveyard.
