Just wanted to shout out a thank you to the community for so many amazing inspirations and for enlightening me to the joys of cheats :)
\r\nI have so much to learn...
Probably not the most exciting thing I know, but it was fun to make.
Check it out on YouTube.

On now to building my first complete home from scratch.
I want to complete the Cheeky Chronicles series of shorts and work on creating a virtual celebrity out of her.
Another character in the works, a celebrity chef. Not sure where I\'m going with this but the house I have designed for her is going to be awesome. My first big home project that I\'ll make from start to finish (my usual routine is to modify something already started)
I am working on a darkly comic piece called \"a girl and her gardens\" and a darker dramatic piece to the music of Unforgiven by Metallica
The Ode to Morning Coffee full feature is well underway - a project I\'m working on for my friend who does marketing for Timothy\'s Coffee (my morning saviour)
I NEED NEED NEED to update my video card. I\'m getting very picky about the little flaws graphically. Still undecided and not even sure what is going to be compatible with this computer. Wish me luck.
Talk about learning from your mistakes.. yikes, won\'t do that again.
I need to go cry now, back later
Just posted the Ode to Morning Coffee teaser here - the full length version will be posted to YouTube when complete. My best friend works for Timothy\'s Coffee here so I was inspired to create an ode to Timothy\'s and the Keurig coffee machine that makes my day possible by providing my shot of morning caffeine instantaneously, just like in the game :)
must... get... new... video card... NOW!
\r\nSeriously, this is becoming painful. :)
Part 4 of a series I have been working on the story line for, but decided to jump to this story in response to the good vs. evil showcase.
comments and feedback encouraged - my first piece, I want to learn and improve
The Cheeky Chronicles part 4 - The Evil Twin
I\'m gaining a new appreciation for the work that goes into making some of the amazing Sims3 vids I\'ve been seeing. Eggzie, TheSidDog and now I\'ve discovered some amazing work by PearlaReign. Though I\'m not a big Twilight fan her Sims3 Twilight trailers are amazing. Check them out on YouTube.
\r\nAs for my work, slowly coming along. Computer access, and lack thereof, is getting frustrating. It is supposed to be a hobby and fun right, so when I get a chance I\'ll keep working away.
I am currently away for a few days relaxing, enjoying some sunny weather finally.
\r\nCan\'t access my games so no time for working on my movie. In the meantime, I\'ve gotten a few more ideas. I have more ideas now than time, and still haven\'t finished one project.
\r\n\r\n
I think I am going to cry if I see one more Sim movie using that clip of the young girl on the computer or reading her book.
\r\narghhhhh
I\'m officially blown away.
After being away from Sims for a very long time (having played Sims and Sims2 - and only up until the first or second expansion) I am realizing just how limitless the creations can be.. and how limited my imagination really is. Ouch
I was just checking out the forum discussion and submissions for the Good vs Evil showcase and I\'m thoroughly impressed.
My submission idea feels a bit lame just now, but hey, I\'m not putting myself down. My first voyage into machinima is fun and I\'m proud of it so far. I\'ve just begun to realize how much more I have to learn, and how much wider I need to open my mind to dig out that creativity that I know is buried deep down in side.
Looking forward to much fun.
Thanks for all the great ideas and inspirations everyone!
The story of Cheeky L\'Fresco is slowly coming together. Limited gaming time means for slow progression.
\r\nChapter 1 - Cheeky\'s rise to fame
\r\nChapter 2 - the girl who had it all... almost
\r\nChapter 3 - Life is Good
\r\nChapter 4 - The Evil Twin
\r\nWith the call for submissions for Good vs. Evil I\'ve decided to jump right ahead to Chapter 4.
\r\nThanks to all of the machinima artists out there who have inspired me to give this a try. I\'ve never done Machinima before, and though I don\'t imagine I\'ll ever have the time or resources to take it too far or too seriously, it\'s looking like a fun passtime.
\r\nMore to come...
