i am a uni student who finds the sims games the best way to relax from a stressful day of laboratory experiments and exams. I am from Western Australia and have been playing the sims for a few years now. my favourite part is always going to be building houses because i find it to be the best form of expression in the sims world. i love building all different styles but i personally am most associated with modern architecture on this site. this is most evident with my eco home series which can be seen in my studio. this would be the first time i have joined an online community such as this. i mainly hang around the creative corner if you ever want to stop by. i think the new sims 3 game is a big leap forward from the previous game and i expect many great things to come over the lifespan of this game.
to all those simmers out there i should mention i will accept most friend requests so don't be afraid to request.

well being am member of flip this lot has its perks. i get inspiration from the builds i work on the the people i talk to which really helps my personal builds. they push me to develop as a lot creator and for that i am thankful. it also has got me in the mood to re-submit a lot of mine that is one of my favourites and was one of the first lots i built in TS3. its called the Modern Aussie retreat. i have a thread in the creative corner if you ever want to stop by. i would love to hear from my downloaders

i am looking forward to the Sims 3 first expansion, World Adventures. i may be a builder rather than a player but the setup intrigues me a lot. the curse of the mummy? now that is fascinating. i am looking forward to their tutorials for multi-level basements but i hope this can be adapted to multi-level homes. it would open up so many new and wonderful opportunities
The eco home series

i am taking a break from my eco series for a while. i need to figure out where i am going to take the series. i have had some suggestions and i am currently figuring out how to build a commune that was suggested. i might make a townhouse next or a starter home. that would be a challenge. i can't wait!

i have just finished my first flip. i have to thank ricslady99 for submitting her lot. it is beautiful with a lot of potential. after a week and a bit with it i returned the home to ricslady who was ecstatic with the end product. thats what makes it worth while for me. i was able to help someone in need and i had lots of fun doing it. next up mmyoko's garden for his botanists home.

i have been meaning to write this up for a while now but i can't seem to find the time these days. i have joined a team of fellow creators where we take a completed lot that the creator is not happy with and 'flip it'. it is an ingenious idea and i am glad to be apart of it. i think it has a bright future ahead and i hope i can take part in that future
