Well to me and a few others, it's our birthday! Yeah! Anyway, I will be many years old =). I'm not telling how many, but let just say when Ronald Reagan was President I was teaching my oldest child her mulitplication tables. Anyhow, playing Sims has been a lot of fun for me. When I get stressed at work I can come home and they refuse to add to the stress. My Sim kids do exactly what I tell them, unlike my RL kids =). I love to build, but my math skills are limited to 2 x 6, meaning I have trouble with depth, distance and the like so being a house builder is not in the cards for me except in Sims or other such game. The main thing I want for my birthday is just a day to play Sims w/o the bother of  "Mom, can I have the computer?" =) I know it will be a good day, they have been before. So to any reading this, who's birthday happens to be the same...

Anyway I have been doing more building and recoloring than playing lately. My game has been lagging really badly. I think its my system because whenever I get on the net it lags there as well. Anyway I can play some. So far Daniel has made it to level 10 is about 1/2 of his skills, the martial arts master LTW is going to be almost a big a pain as the Rock Star one. He has a lady now, Trina Markowitz and she has a son Andrew. They just love Daniel and he loves them. He always has a wish to be with one or both of them. I try to have them have at least one meal together since Trina wishes to learn to cook and Daniel is a natural cook. They all love to garden and I love playing them. I also created a mom, dad and teen girl in case Andrew cant find someone to be with in town. I noticed there aren't to many teens at least of the female variety. He may swing both ways I haven't decided that yet. Anyway, I like the new SP but I wish it had some of the TS2 male hair I miss a lot of them they looked better then the ones in 3. So hows your game?

I have discovered a problem with the stairs that lead to the basement. There needs to be a landing between the staircases. It is a simple fix. Here goes,

delete both staircases

move the bottom stairs forward one or two squares

place the second stairs in the same place as it was.

You have just created a landing between the two stairs, don't forget to place flooring on your new landing. Sims can now use the stairs to the basement. I apologize for any problems this has caused anyone, but hey I'm learning new things everytime I play.

I want to thank anyone that has either given me a gift or even just thought they might. Sometimes, it seems as if there is nobody that cares then along comes a person that for no other reason than to just be nice, does a very nice thing and restores my faultering faith. That goes for those of you on the forums that say nice things just because as well as the gift givers. To me the nice words of encouragement are a gift as well.. Yes, we all like getting things but sometimes, it not items that we need. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season, doesn't matter what your culture calls it I hope its wonderful.
