Random Crashes

>.< Why is my game suddenly crashing on me? Five times last night after I had been playing for a few hours, the game just randomly rejects me and boots me to the desktop and dissapears as if it was never running, losing all my unsaved data in the process. This is driving me batty and I don\'t use any mods!
If I want to prevent the data loss I have to plug in paranoia and save ever 10 min. A lot can happen in that time that you don\'t want to lose, the first time it happened (as well as the second time) I lost a child, new furniture, friends, several skill points and levels and a wedding!
I play in ff a lot do you think this is crashing me? *sigh* My computer is really great too, so I know it isn\'t that.
Scaring Sims leads to Romance and fights

Exploring the Crypt was the best thing ever, it was so fun. My sim Sarina used to go exploring in the crypt at all hours of the day and I would pan out and explore the neighborhood and follow her guitar playing sister, Marina, from park to park while Sarina had her little adventures. I would randomly click back to her when a ,oh this happened and I\'m notifying you with this convenient pop up on the right, would appear. Well last time I did she looked like she\'d stepped out of a grand daffy duck styled explosion, with her tipped hair straight up on her head and no clothes on her singed body. And this event lead to her meeting her future husband as she strutted around town like this picking fights and making faces at people, while her sister read and played guitar, ignoring her odd twin sister\'s shenanigans.
Anyways after the incident and a few seed grabbing moments, Sarina happens upon Don Lothario in front of city hall and makes a face at him and he makes one back..and instant love I suppose? I guess Don likes the singed, I survived the apocalypse look in his women.
After a fight with a random npc Cameron for laughing at her, Sarina took Don home with her and Marina where apparently both of them fell for him. (Darn charismatic sims anyways!) Suffice to say Don was out of the picture for a bit while the twins patched up their differences (and were robbed) and Sarina met the grandpa next door, had his daughter, decided she liked Don better and then got married to him.
NOW all Marina (the sister) can do is insult Don and coo over her sisters second child (Don and Sarina) and wish to Woo Hoo with Don. She flirts with him when her sister is asleep!!
I\'ve considered moving Marina out but this is just far to entertaining for me now, all Don Lothario has done since he moved into the Delamar household is play in the sprinkler and play chess with his Step-daughter, leaving his own daughter to sit on the porch and play with her blocks and have Auntie Marina watch over her, while mommy Sarina bakes. While his wishes go back and forth from, breaking up with Sarina to wanting to Woo Hoo with Marina (his sister in law), to having a baby boy. Don sure is a fickle creature.
(EDIT: By the way I noticed, and screen capped it, that while bathing in the post Crypt scare \"form\" that the nude pixals didn\'t come up, has anyone else experienced this?)
