My Story
Heya! My name is Beth and I'm 23yo college student, and a complete geek n_n. If I'm not glued to the computer playing WoW or The Sims, I'm either studying, pooring threw my favourite comics (Runaways, Y the last man, Superman/Batman ect), vegging out on the couch watching toons (Invader zim, Venture Bros, LOTS of Anime) or catching up with my mates down at the pub. I'm a born and bread Aussie but due to matters of the heart, will be moving back to the USA to be with my Beau. Was in Iowa for 10 months last year and will be moving back soooooon *yay* (we met on wow o.o how nerdy is that xD)
My hobbies include writing, drawring and painting.
I havent created much content for the previous sims games, I'm more of a CAS kinda girl, I love making really detailed characters with really involved back stories. Cant wait to post some of my sims on the exchange n_n....................Visit my Legacy at Http://Dowsey.wordpress.com

So I've been hanging out in the forums more then playing the game because my PC's graphics card needs to be updated, and I only get an hour or two to play when my brother lends me his laptop.
Threw my hours of surfing threw the forums and the exchange I have come across a two people who have really inspired me.
First person is Bluechan . Bluechan is working on a legacy about Cleo Lune and I cannot stop reading it! Blue has a great sense of humor and I really love the way she has weaved her screen-captures into a beautiful, funny and suspenseful story. I highly recomend checking out her legacy :D
The second person, I do not know their name, but they have captured my heart with the story of Alice and Kev. I never thought about playing the game like this, as it would be really difficult, but this hasn't stopped them.
This story really pulled on my heart strings at every turn, I actually got teary a few times. Who ever wrote this has a wonderful talent for story telling, and I hope that they continue!
Though both of these people's takes on the sims are quite different, I really adore both of them and their work, and highly recomend taking a look for yourselves.

Still without my copy of Sims 3, I decided to go check out the forums, and now I'm worried.
It seems that -alot- of people have been having issues with the game, and knowing my luck, I will be one of them in a few days. I have been looking forward to the sims 3 since I first heard it was being made, and pre-ordeded my copy The Sims 3 Collectors Edition in APRIL. I'm not the most well of person, and would never usually spend $100 odd dollars on a video game, I just pray that my copy works.. URG. T-T
