Meine Story:
I really enjoy creating things in The Sims games!
I like building the best!
My Building Policy-
No CC!
All of my creations are made with original EA game material. I do not use any Custom Content, Premium Store Items, Mods, or Hacks. I do use the free downloads from the Store sometimes, because they are free, and anyone can own them.
If you are using The Sims 3 Base Game, and/or the needed Expansion/Stuff Packs, then everything in my builds will show up in your game.
My builds are designed for easy gameplay, and to be Sim friendly.
My Sims spend a lifetime in a home before I am confident enough to post it, and the feedback I often get is every bit as much about how fun it is to play, as it is pretty to look at. I know everything works in my creations, because I build them the hard way!
My Sims live in the house for the entire time I am building it, and tests everything in it fully, before the lot is uploaded to the Exchange.
All of my Community Lots are made to be Fun Centered, allow for an Extended Visit by providing All Needs, aid in Gaining Resources, and display Educational Exhibits of Collections.

Since I have no use for Store Items, and My Wishlist is disabled, please do not send me any gifts.
