Meine Story:
Previously known as Terje75 in the Sims 2 community and TnT-Productions in Spore. Married to another Simmer that I actually met through the Sims community. Namely Terry, or TnT-Terry (Sims 3 Profile). Love to create, and basically addicted to anything Sim and SIMilar games. Also a huge fan of various RPG's and battle SIMs O.O. Passion for music and movies as well. When it comes to music I'm mostly a metalhead, but do listen to most genres.

I still play Sim City 4 O.O XD

Qasr al Kebab - 5br, 4ba

Alhava Kebab, son of Sheikh Shish Kebab, recently moved from Al Simhara to Sunset Valley to start his own little business emporium, Al Kebab\'s Fish \'n\' Chips. Yes, the name has caused a lot of confusions, but still. With the pocket change he got from his father he built himself a small palace. He named it Qasr al Kebab.

It\'s an Arabian inspired palace created on a 40x40 lot. (Might also resemble Indian, but I didn\'t like the name Taj Kebab... or Singh Kebab :oP)

It has 5 bedrooms (2 unfurnished) and 4 bathrooms, a big livingroom with a dining room area, kitchen, big hall, gym, home theater, library and a niely decorated garden.

It has a mere price of about $450.000

The lot is fully furnished (except those 2 bedrooms) and is playtested.

There are 7 custom patterns used on this lot, all created by myself. If you want it to look just as it is you can find the patterns here (patterns are on objects, so they will show up correctly in the game):

Ye Olde Inn - 4br, 3ba

Once a popular rest stop for travellers in the outskirts of Sunset Valley. Now renovated into a luxurious residential suited for a rich family. Has room for a big family. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully furnished except for one kids bedroom.

It is built on a 40x40 lot. Playtested. There are two small issues I came across. One being the dining room set, where one needs to remove the doorway towards the hall to be able to use the chairs on that side of the table. One other thing is that the newspaper boy seems to want to go completely around the whole house to put the newspaper on the front lawn XD. If all this walking is getting tiresome you can resolve it by removing a couple of the stones fencing the walkway up to the front door.

Price: about $230.000.
