Hey, I'm Shell, I've just started my third and final year at University,where I'm studying Business Management, which means having to juggle simming, work and uni work lol, but I always find time for simming! I've been simming since the end of 2000 and I'm still as addicted as I was back then, in fact probably more so!!
I have the game now and I'm a bit addicted to CASt so prepare to see a lot of styled stuff on my page :D
I really do love the game - it was well worth the wait!! I love the graphics, even with smooth edges off they're breathtaking. :D

I managed to get some simming done yay - so here's some pics to show what's happening in my game! :D

Well Margot ended up pregnant, Han's family orientated so it had to happen lol:
Margot
had a beautiful girl with the Good trait (I wasn't actually paying
attention when it came to the birth so she had her in the back garden -
oops lol. Meet baby Milly.
They're
both still madly in love with each other and always find time to flirt
kiss and cuddle (note Han's top - it's from the lovely new stuff pack
but recoloured his favourite colour)
Han
loved Milly so didn't mind when she started screaming for food when he
should be in bed (that could be due to him not having a job and
therefore not needing to be up early though lol)
Han's definitely showing his chinese heritage, I caught him eating waffles with chop-sticks - how unique lol!
Margot's one day away from being an elder now but she still wants a baby and so doe Han, so I thought
why not try and surprisingly it lets you and even more shockingly the
lullably played so there could be another one on the way - yay! 
Margot
takes parenting seriously and likes to sit in the same room as Milly so
if she needs anything she can be right there, she passes the time by
reading to learn recipes for work and to test on her lovely husband.
I love when they have bonding moments look at the love between these two!

Woooohooo got the stuff pack!! It came earlier on while I was at work, I get back home after travelling and there it is. Had a small problem where it said 'Files are corrupted' when I installed it in, but I took the disc out blew away any dust and it's installed in fine. Now off to load it, I can only play for a bit though, then I must get this report done, if I get work done then Sim I always feel less guilty and therefore properly sim lol. I may also need to go store shopping, I've got some lovely points to spend lol! :D
Its called something different here, not sure why, maybe because lofts here are considered more of an old term and not really associated with moderness or maybe they think us brits won't understand the context of the term lofts, either way it confused me for a bit, the americans calling it one thing and brits something else lol.
You may notice on my favourites I favourited a really nice house by TheSimMan, check it out here. Looks an amazing house, nice modern build - can't wait to see inside it! :D

Two wives :S

Hey,
I found a strange glitch while playing today, my sim Han went to china and met a clone of his wife, which confused both the game and me, and said he had two wives, really freaky. The house icon was next to the fake wife which had me wonder which one is the one he normally lives with :S
The real wife thinks of one way to solve the problem - hehe she gets a spanner out, not sure violence is the right way, but it works in scaring Margot number 2 - tehehe! I sent them both home, spanner Margot and Han and it doesn't show they ever knew a second Margot - sooo freaky!! If i hadn't taken a picture I might have thought stress was getting to me lol. I need them both back in China though to continue with the adventures, Han needs level 3 visa in all the places, but I'm worried the second wife will be there again lol. It did show in the family tree that Han's sister was a baby when they were on their adventure though, when really she's a teen, so something very freaky was going on lol.
Well I'm gonna get back to the game, Margot & Han have a little one on the way :D

A new year and a new beginning! :)

Well it's a new year and going to be quite a year for me, not only do I finish Uni *gulp* I also turn 21 - so finally an 'official adult' *double gulp* and I have to find myself a job. *triple gulp*
Ok I'll get the oxygen back into my lungs after all that gulping lol.
It's sooooooooooooooo cold here, I'm seriously freeeezing and i'm under my duvet with a hoodie on, a blanket around me and the heating's on, below freezing temperatures here - it's seriously that cold!! The heating is doing nothing though - I think their pipes are frozen or something, stupid heating in this accomodation lol. I wish I was back home where it's nice and warm, but unfortunately uni had to start again :( I need to get some milk as I have none and in this weather I'll need a cup of tea but its too cold and slippy out there, I don't want to move! :(
I've had fun simming again, not today but the other day, played the entire day, Han is now a young adult and has fallen in love with a french girl, got engaged to her, and is now married and they're expecting their first child (sim world moves sooo fast lol). Still playing the parents at the moment though, need to get them to the tops of their career before I can play Han. I want to sim now, but I must do the work due in monday instead.
I'm working on my Curriculum Vitae (Resume) at the moment - trying to make a functional one - aparently there's different types - it really makes you want to jump into the word of job hunting when there's so many complication - haha no it doesn't makes you want to run in the opposite direction.
The part time job I've got at the moment I feel like it was a flux me getting it, not sure it will be the same when I go for one for my career. I blame Being Erica a new show they've now put on E4 here of course I googled it and found out it's been over in America for ages, but anyways she was confused didn't know what she wanted and look where it got her - she needed therapy - so its going to be hard to get what I want when I don't know what I want. Yet somehow I've got to draw up an action plan of getting my career :S
Well anyways I've waffled on here for quite a bit - if you're reading this - sorry about that :)

Laptop finally back!! :D

YAY!!! My laptop works, they took it on the Monday and I got it back on the Thursday, its now Sunday - and still working!! The game plays great on it!! :D
I just wish everything in my life was as easy to sort, I don't know...recently I don't know what's happening with my life, I'm only a third of the way through my last year of Uni and I'm scared about my future and things haven't been going great for me recently, I lost one of my best friends, he won't talk to me. Feels like the rug's been pulled out from underneath me. Just when you think life can't kick you in the teeth anymore - it does just that.
If I didn't have my sims to distract me I don't know what I'd do.
I've got a sim on the highest Visa for China now, but there's still plenty of stuff to do and now her husband and her son (when he's turned into a teen) are going to try and do all the adventures as well. The mummies are sooooo cool, kind of disappointed that we can't perform Martial Arts on them though, the fight is just like the burgular fight, but oh well, they do walk funny and scarily at the same time. I jumped like a mile in the air when one came right for my Sim, one minute he wasn't there, the next...bam out came the Mummy.
Still haven't seen the new interactions though, not the children to toddler ones and such, because I need to get Emma to have another kid first, but the interactions I have seen haven't disappointed. Apart from the Singing one - that is annoying - once they learn it every idle moment they're singing the Love Song of someone whose name I forgot - its like Bon Voyage all over again with the Slap Dances and such that would travel far and wide through the nieghbourhood lol!
Well I'm gonna load my game and attempt some Uni work
