Mon histoire
I am a 26 year old lesbian from S. California. I am a university graduate and am currently en route towards obtaining my Teaching Credential to teach High School English. My inspiration as far as play style and custom content is comfort, luxury, tolerance and love. I was not very much into custom content with the Sims 2 but I plan to change that for the Sims 3. So, all that is left to say is: Welcome...Welcome...Welcome!!!
The Good...The Bad...and The Ugly

THE GOOD: The Sims 3 has changed in many ways; certain mundane aspects of the game has been replaced with complex yet simple mechanisms that really brings the game to life. The graphics remind me of Sims 1 but with more detail and that is a different yet welcoming change. The water in this game is BEAUTIFULLL! THE BAD: Even though the claim is that you spend less time using the bathroom, it seems that has just been replaced with something else instead of eliminated. At times that game is so difficult, your sims are only working and sleeping. This leads to sims having part time jobs to free up time or just living off of paintings and fish; lol. THE UGLY: There is really nothing UGLY about this game. There are some undesirables but that can't be helped and in all, EA made a pretty solid game. A few glitches lead way to a beautiful beginning with the Sims 3. I only wonder how will they do expansions to the game...and what will they be. I have to admit I miss sending my sims to college and running their own businesses... MY RATING (A-F) A- Although it was a solid game, there are a few things that need to be tweaked. I rate my games based on the genre they are in....you cannot use the same rating scale for a simulation vs. RPG...So, Congrats EA you got an A- from a devoted fan. lol

The wait has been long, but worth it...even though we still have a few days until the release, I am excited that the site is up and we are able to introduce ourselves to our fellow Simmers!

In comparision to where the Sims has began, this current step is the most exciting. We have been at it with the Sims 2 since 2005 and in 2009 we are ushering in the new generation Sims...lets make this one the best yet!

Make Movies...Create Stories...Write Blogs...and Share for goodness sakes! The Sims 3 is here and it will be the best PC Series of all time.
