So i've noticed i'm kinda obsessive when it comes to colour. I pick one then stick with it for my whole household.

My Druki sim wears my favourite colour of purple, so her house is purple, everything in it is purple-y and any new members of the household gets a purple makeover.

I played the Goth family. Goth makes me think of red and black, so the whole house was recoloured red and black. It took forever but looks really cool. I made the Goth family wear red and black too, even their hair got the red/black treatment.

So you may think it's not that obsessive really, and in some ways it's not. Until...

One of my sims went to visit his lover at his house. It was the first time i'd seen it. It was unbelievably hideous. I couldn't cope with the visual vomit of colours. I had to fix it. I chose blue for the house, to match the one thing in it I actually liked. Even though I would never play this household or live in that house, I needed to make it all pretty. I felt so much better afterwards.

So i've done purple, red and blue. I'm thinking about green next maybe. Hmm, green makes me think of Slytherin... Ooh, Malfoy's ... Tom Riddle ... Salazar! (Such a Harry Potter fan! I'm half Ravenclaw, half Slytherin ... but I like the Slytherin colours better. Green and silver is way better than blue and bronze)

I am thinking about building my Druki sim a new house so i'll probably go purple before I create my Slytherin dungeons.

I will never do pink because I loathe it. Just thought i'd finish with that!

The name's Druki. Druki was a name a friend of mine came up with a few years ago. It's a combination of two names; my abbreviated name Becki and the name Drusilla, who is my absolute favourite character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I hope you like the stuff i've done in my studio. I like playing with patterns and colours. I usually pick one colour per household, then make everything that colour just different shades.

I meant to write a message ages ago but felt I had nothing much to write about. It's amazing what 4 o'clock in the morning can do for your inspiration!

Anyway, enough random babbling!
