My First Family is Gone

Derek just disappeared. I\'ve read about it happening to other people, but I never thought it would happen to me.

(I am playing this game on Long instead of Epic)
So, I went ahead and made Derek again. I decided to give him a new life though. He is now a writer. It was really hard until he married Zelda, but she brought a lot of money into the household. He currently has $1300 in royalties each week and is almost finished with another drama, \"Two Sims Apart:\". They hope to have a child soon...


Recap on my first family

I\'m still getting use to this forum and I just found out I can post blogs so I figured I\'d recap on what I\'ve done so far.

(Game length is set to Epic and I\'m not using cheats)
I made a young adult male sim (Derek)  who went into the Political Career path. He is very charismatic and friendly so he loves his job! About 40 days into his life he met a local sim named Zelda. They married a couple days later and had a baby girl (Kellie) about a week after that.  So far the baby is very annoying, waking Derek and Zelda up at least once every night but she becomes a toddler in about 20 days so I\'ll survive.
 
Zelda just became an adult but Derek has 100 days until becoming an adult so I try to cook Ambrosia for Zelda as often as possible. Derek also just got the Moodlet Manager, but I\'m not sure if I like it or not. You can neglect all his needs then just cure him, so it really takes the purpose of the game away.

I\'ll try to keep writing(hopefully someone will read this.) :)
