Meine Story:
The Sims! For me it all started during the early 1990's when playing what started it--Sim City.
Then I turned to The Sims, working my way avidly through until the last one, "Makin' Magic" was released.
I got The Sims 2 almost as soon as it was released, and had a love/hate relationship almost as soon--I couldn't change any object colors, and I wanted MORE! I became a beta tester for the modding/creating programs that are used for The Sims 2--SimPE and CEP. From there I learned how to mesh, and became better at mapping and texturing objects, buying (as usual) every expansion/pack that was released.
Now it's the Sims 3! I love the character traits--they add so much to my Sims characters. It's hard getting used to losing all the loading screens, but I can't say I miss them--having my Sim leave their lot and just walk a half block over and down a hill to go fishing is amazing--so is visiting the neighbors! (Bathing in a stranger's house, because it's convenient isn't considered normal behavior??)
