Generation for Sims On-Line
GEPOSTET AM 22.01.2012 15:08
Well,I guess I can\'t fight it. For some reason the gamers now just love to socialize while they play. Why? I\'ll never understand . I don\'t mind emails or comments on my wall but while I\'m playing Sims, I don\'t want to be bothered! :-) I also don\'t want to have to worry about hackers. It\'s my time to create, relax and just have fun. Avoid all the negativity that\'s in the world and on the social sites (hence, why I cancelled my facebook account...tired of all the negativity) I don\'t want to be bothered by those who find it necessary to curse, and just generally be a bad sport about things & life. I just hope wile I\'m still involved with the Sims, they keep the on-line socializing optional. That being said, I do think it would be a great idea if the sims could travel between worlds. Not only other player worlds but the worlds I have in my own game. I don\'t mind being a watcher/visitor but I don\'t want to be an active character in another Simmer\'s world and don\'t want them in mine. They can watch/visit but don\'t have too much control over my own game play. If they make future Sims more like Spore where I can see other players content but not have them mess up my story lines and such, then I won\'t have a problem with it. With all the hacks/mods other players use...I don\'t want that messing up my system or game. How will they put safeguards in for that when they aren\'t doing it with exchange items now? Unfortunately, they ruined Spore by trying to turn it into a MMO with Dark Spore. Just hope when they go MMO with Sims, they really consider the players that prefer to \'play alone\' :-) There are still hundreds of thousands/millions of us not on Facebook/Twitter/MySpace. The My Page looks too much like Facebook and I sure hope they are not planning on using the Facebook server for the game. Facebook can\'t handle what games it has now. They all take forever to load (probably due to the spam/malware on their site) and the play is so slow. Even with a high end computer like what I have. Oh well, sooner or later all good things come to an end and it may just be my Sims days are coming to an end...just have to see how the future \'on-line\' play goes.
New Year! New Sims!

Well, been spending the new year weekend playing sims 3 probably more than I have all year. Finally getting new content and it\'s revitalized me & the game. Love customizing the towns now!
