Mi historia
I started simming with The Sims 2. I missed out on the original sims game. I was mostly interested in building homes with The Sims 2. From there I moved on to stories, movies, and finally actually playing the game. :)
Designing and building homes is still one of my favorite things to do, but I think I will be doing more playing and movie making with this next generation of The Sims.
I will be remaking a lot of my favorite homes from TS2 into TS3 versions. There might be a few new and original ones though.

I spent a lot of time on this one and it's now finally up. I'm having a great time playing it. I'm actually using live-servants. I used the cheat to get my made a uniform and I'm using the Sims 3 store male suit for women for my female butler.
It's working out well, if a bit hectic with all the sims on the property.
I did find a few things I wish I had changed in the Wellington Mansion and I'll list them here for you to do yourself if you download it. They are minor things.
-The bathrooms near the pool need ceiling lights. Oops.
-I put a microwave in the servant's quarters, over the garage. I thought that's all they would need, but now I wish I had put in a stove. I suggest removing the trash compactor, move the sink to the left, in front of the window and putting in a stove. You will have to move the dishwasher to the right in the process.
I think that should be it. I hate missing stuff like that. Oh...one more thing. I try to avoid putting in any Sims 3 Store objects into my lots, but one slipped through: Statue of an Unknown Seamstress.

There are 5 of them on the lot--4 around the pool and one out front in the garden hedges.

I've been working on it all weekend and testing it. I think it should play very well, but their is some travel distances involved. The front walkup is very long, but since sims run everywhere they go it's not to bad.
It should suit a family with 5 children. I have a family with 3 children in it now with a live-in maid and butler. I'm thinking about put servant's quarters over the garage. I'll have to test it to see how it works out.
I think I might have it uploaded by Tuesday.

After playing the Copur version, I find it's better to put it on a 30 x30 lots and pulling out the East and West wings an extra 2 tiles. This makes the bedrooms bigger and the sims won't walk outside if you have them interact.
I'm sure the Chun version can benefit from the Extension too. I think I'll upload revisions of them.

I uploaded a lot of sims to my page recently.
Melonie Bloom is my favorite. She has a mixture of negative traits, but she is so funny to play. Playing to her neurotic trait is actually entertaining and rewarding for her. She gets nice moodlets from freaking out and checking the stove and water faucets. She's also a Loser. Things go wrong for her, but that only makes thing better when she succeeds.
I gave her a high squeaky voice. It's fun to hear her sing in the shower. I put her in the science career track so she is gardening and repairing and upgrading appliances. I gave her "no sense of humor", but I'm not liking that trait much. I wish I had given her something else.
I think Melonie is attractive, but not in a pretty and perfect way. Her face is a little angry and she is a bit scrawny, and then there is that squeaky voice, but it comes off cute to me. :D
Here she is if you want to give her a try:

I've created a series of 5 homes that should be up by Friday. They all have a similar architectural style, but they come in a variety of sizes and layouts. I'm play-testing them now and they should play very well.
Look for the White & Green Series, coming soon.
